Terms and Conditions

1. Service overview

Stillpoint Coaching provides one-to-one personal coaching services for women seeking support through life transitions. Services are available online and face-to-face.

2. Coaching scope

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused service intended to support personal growth and decision-making. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, medical care, or emergency mental health support.

3. Eligibility

Coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By booking a session, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are able to engage in coaching responsibly.

4. Booking and payment

• Sessions and packages must be booked in advance.
• Payment terms will be agreed before coaching begins.
• Sessions are confirmed only after booking acceptance and payment where applicable.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

• At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session.
• Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged in full.
• Package timelines may be adjusted by agreement where appropriate.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Attend sessions on time and participate actively
• Take responsibility for their decisions and actions
• Communicate respectfully and honestly during the coaching relationship

7. Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are treated as confidential, subject to legal or safeguarding exceptions, including risk of serious harm to self or others, legal requirements, or court orders.

8. Results and outcomes

Coaching supports progress but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on personal circumstances, commitment, and actions taken by the client.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stillpoint Coaching is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of coaching services. Nothing in these terms limits liability where exclusion is not lawful.

10. Intellectual property

Materials, worksheets, and coaching frameworks shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of Stillpoint Coaching unless stated otherwise. They are provided for personal use and must not be reproduced or distributed commercially without permission.

11. Termination of services

Either party may end the coaching relationship with reasonable notice. Outstanding fees for delivered services remain payable.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
